ABBOTT, W. H.  (fl 1876-1928) artist, caster of macerated currency
         (made of U.S. paper money, 1870-1940). Forrer reports he
            made a Washington Relief (not in Rulau & Fuld). Young states
            the artist resided in New York City. British Strand Magazine
            article reports small statues of United States Capitol, White
            House, Washington Monument made of macerated currency in
            addition to popular U.S. presidents including William McKinley.
            None are signed or dated; all those listed below are attrributed to
          Abbott with estimated dates.
