ADAMS, Dunlap  (active 1763-4) American Colonial engraver
          on gold, silver, copper, brass, ivory, and as piercer of gold
          and silver medals. Name variation: Dunlap Adems.
          Groce and Wallace state he is in New York City in 1763
          and in Philadelphia in 1764. Fielding states he is more of
          silversmith & diesinker than plate engraver.
          Unknown if any of his work survives.
