ANGEL, John  (1881-1960) British-American sculptor.
          Born Devon, England, 1 November 1881.
          Came to America 1925.
          Noted for his religious sculpture, including work on four
          churches in England; in U.S.: Cathedral of Saint John The Divine
          and East Liberty Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
          Died Sandy Hook, Connecticut, 16 October 1960.
          Fellow: National Sculpture Society.
