BISHOP, Emily  (1883-1912) sculptor.
          Born Smithsburg Maryland, 1892.
          Established a studio in Paris by 1908, and shared a studio in Philadelphia with 
          Beatrice Fenton.  Was commissioned to produce a memorial tablet for the Academy 
          of Music in Philadelphia, as well as friezes, sculptures, and bas reliefs for other 
          public institutions.
          Died Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1912.
