DAUB, Eugene L. (1942- ) sculptor, medalist.
            Full name: Eugene Lewis Daub.
            Born Pottstown, Pennsylvania, 13 November 1942.
            Sculpture staff Franklin Mint 1978-1981.
            Innovative in creating mixed media medals first in 1987.
            Fellow: National Sculpture Society.
            Member, officer: American Medallic Sculpture Assn.
            Awarded: J. Sanford Saltus Medal by American Numismatic
            Society 1991. 
            Awarded American Numismatic Association’s Award for
            Excellence in Medallic Sculpture (formerly called Medallist     
            of the Year), 1991, the 23rd such recipient of this award.

            Signed GD monogram 1978-81; signed in full E.L. DAUB
