DUBOIS, A.  (fl 1783) Colonial American engraver.
          Crosby states this DuBois engraved Nova Constellatio
          Confederation patterns, quoting as his source Robert Morris'
          diary which mentions the British diesinker, then in Boston,
          Benjamin Dudley (q.v.), and A. Dubois that engraved dies
          and struck the Nova Constellatio patterns.
