ELSTROM, Harry  (1906-1993) Belgium sculptor, medalist.
            Born Berlin 1906. He taught at University of Louvain.
            He created coin designs for Belgium 10 franc 1969-1979
            (KM 155), and 20 franc 1980-1993 (KM 159).
            Died 17 May 1993.
