EMMET, Lydia Field  (1866-1952) sculptor, New York.
          Born New Rochelle, New York, 23 January 1886.
          Designed a New York State seal and exhibited this at
          Woman's Building, Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893.
          In New York City exhibited extensively National Academy
          of Design (1905-1947), Woman's Art Club NYC (1890),
          and American Society of Miniature Painters (1900).
          Her sisters were artists as well.
          Died Stockbridge, Massachusetts, 16 August 1952.
