FRUDAKIS, EvAngelos William  (1921- ) sculptor, medalist.
          Born Rains, Utah, 13 May 1921.
          One of the few artists allowed to create an entire series–let alone
          two series!–to be struck by Franklin Mint. His Life of Christ
          Series are 24 stand-alone scenes combined in 12 medals. His
          Stations of the Cross Series contained 14 medals.
          Fellow: American Academy in Rome.

          Academician: National Academy of Design.
          Member: American Medallic Sculpture Assocition.
          Awarded: Prix de Rome (1950 and 1951).
          Awarded: Nat Academy of Design Watrous Gold Medal (1968)
