GRAUL, Werner  ( ) German designer, Munich.
          Born Berlin, Germany.
          Created the designs for a series of bullion medals in
          fantasy ducat denominations in up to eight sizes:
          80mm  100 ducats      35mm   5 ducats
          50mm   30 ducats       26mm   2 1/2 ducats
          50mm   20 ducats       20mm   1 ducats
          44mm   10 ducats       15.5mm 1/2 ducat
          Those struck in silver were called Argentus; those
          struck in gold were called Aureus Magnus, and were
          so noted on the reverse. They were struck in German
          mints at Hamburg and Munich, plus Vienna, Austria.
