GRÜNER, Ferdinand  (fl 1856-58) Early American seal engraver, diesinker, San Francisco.           Listed as jewelerin 1858 San Francisco directory. Edgar H. Adams states
          Grüner as "well-known die cutter" which Bowers questions
          because no other work is known by this engraver (N36).
