HERRICK, Henry Walker  (1824-1906) designer, banknote engraver, watercolorist.
           Born Hopkinton, New Hampshire, 23 August 1824.
           Active in New York City 1858-1865, returned to New
           Hampshire as artist and historian. Predominantly designer
           and engraver of banknotes. Author and illustrator Beyond
           the Mississippi (1867).
           Died Manchester, New Hampshire, 12 July 1906.
