HOPKINSON, Francis  (1737-1791) Colonial American political
          leader, judge, member Continental Congress, writer, heraldic
          artist, amateur portrait painter, signer of the Declaration of
          Independence.
          As an artist he was possible designer with Benjamin Franklin
          and David Rittenhouse of Continental Currency Patterns.
