HURLEY, Edward Timothy  (1869-1950) sculptor, painter, etcher, illustrator, craftsman
         Born Cincinatti, Ohio, 10 October 1896.
         Studied under Frank Duveneck at the Cincinatti Art Academy. 
         Member: Cincinatti Art Club
         Member: Chicago Society of Etchers
         Member: Crafters’ Company of Cincinatti
         Member: Richmond Art Association,
         Member: Ohio Print Makers
         Member: The Crafters. 

         Awards include a gold medal for originality in art workmanship from 
         the St. Louis World’s Fair (1904), Landscape Prize from Columbus (1921), 
         and Logan Medal from the Art Institute of Chicago (1921).  Wrote eight 
         books on Cincinatti.

         Died 1950.
