JOSEPH, J.B.  (fl 1853) British diesinker [possible maker].
          With brother L.B. Joseph may have issued gold round half
          dollar; firm of Joseph Brothers later passed in control to
          Nathan Joseph (a younger brother) – and located in
          Liverpool – issued many imitations in later years.
