Author of dozens of articles, but will be remember for his
classic work, Medals of the United States Mint, The First
Century 1792-1892, pubished 1977 by the Token and Medal
Society [cited herein as M37].
Contributed designs to sculptor Warner Williams who
modeled the medals for his satirical series.
