KITSON, Henry Hudson  (1863-1947) British-American sculptor.
            Born Harry Kitson Huddersfield, England, 9 April 1863.
            Came to America before 1886 and Americanized his name.
            Theo(dora) Alice Ruggles became his student 1886 at age 15,
            seven years later they married, woked together as sculptors.
            They specialized in busts and monuments.
            Each of his three medals made by a different firm.
            Died Lee, Massachusetts, 26 June 1947.
            Member: National Sculpture Society.
