LONGHI, Giuseppe  (1766-1831) Italian print engraver.
            Born Monzo, Italy, 1766.
            His engraved portrait of George Washington served
            as model for numerous medalists, but not quite as
            popular as Jean Antoine Houdon's bust of Washington.
            Died Milan, 1831.
