MANLY, Jacques  (fl 1789-90) American Colonial medal issuer.
          Alternate spellings: Jacques, John, James; Manly, Manley
          Born in England, lived in London, moved to America in
          1789. He advertised his Washington Medal for sale in the
          Pennsylvania Packet and Daily Advertiser 3 March 1790
          in bronze, white metal, silver and gold compositions.
