MILLET, Francis Davis  (1846-1912) painter, designer, medalist.
          Born Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, 3 November 1846.
          His military experience gave him an insight to design
          decorations. He was active in art circles, often as leader,
          ultimately became a trustee of Metropolitan Museum of Art
          Died on board Titanic, North Atlantic, 15 April 1912.
